Vinyl is thin plastic film with a paper backing rolled up into a roll. the vinyl is either put through a vinyl cutter which will cut just deep enough to cut the vinyl but not the paper backing. after removing the off cut pieces you are left with a sticker that can be used Vinyl comes in an array of colours and textures including clear and printable white gloss and mat. |
